Where I ship

Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Everything leaves from Dublin.

Orders to the UK, US and Canada leave the EU customs area, so they may attract import duty or handling fees on arrival. Those are set by the destination country and are not something I collect or control.

How long it takes

I pack orders by hand, usually within one working day.[Dom — add real carrier times and costs here.]

Returns

If you are in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, and get your money back.

Beyond that: if a product does not suit your dog, email me and I will refund it. I would rather know it did not work than have you keep a bottle you will not use. You do not need to send a part-used bottle back — just tell me what happened, because that is genuinely useful to me.

If something arrives damaged

Send me a photo and I will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. No need to return anything.
