How long it takes

Six to twelve working days. I want to be straight with you about why, because it is longer than you are used to.

SootheHound is one person. I do not hold stock in a warehouse in Dublin, because holding stock in six sizes of four products is how a small shop runs out of money. Your order goes to the manufacturer's fulfilment partner and ships direct to you. That is the honest reason the tools cost what they do, and the honest reason they take a week and a half.

Shipping is free over €45 in Ireland and the EU, £40 in the UK and $49 in the US and Canada. Below that it is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Customs duty is already built into the price you see, so there is no separate duty bill to pay. Depending on where you live, your carrier may still collect import VAT before it hands the parcel over. I would rather write that plainly here than have it turn up as a surprise on your doorstep.

Returns

If you are in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, and get your money back. That right is yours whatever I write on this page.

Beyond that: if a tool does not suit your dog, email me and I will refund it. Tell me what went wrong, because on a range this short that is genuinely useful to me. Send the tool back in a condition you would be happy to receive and I will cover the return postage.

If something arrives damaged

Send me a photo and I will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. No need to return anything.
